Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
1. SHIPPING FEES & ESTIMATES
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. All orders qualify for free shipping.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
SparkNest is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
4. SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
SparkNest ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Standard shipping is available for these locations. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for certain non-contiguous locations.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
6. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged, please contact us immediately at . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photos of the damage will be required.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Claims for missing packages must be reported within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
